GENEARL

IS EVERYTHING READY TO SHIP?

A lot of our pieces are made to order. We often keep a small quantity of our designs in inventory for quick fulfillments. Please reach out to us via our contact form if you have any specific questions. 

DOES MY PURCHASE COME GIFT WRAPPED?

All our products are shipped in secure packaging customize to the type of jewelry purchased. All items are shipped in our standard black KatMojo Jewelry box. You can choose gift wrapping option at checkout.

DOES KATMOJO JEWELRY HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our physical store is at 68 E Madison St, Chicago, IL, 60602. We are in partnership with Diamonds Inc Jewelry and have a shared retail space. If you’d like to see any of our jewelry in person feel free to stop by!

DOES KATMOJO TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes! We are happy to schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Please schedule an appointment via our website. We look forward to meeting with you! 

WHAT ARE KATMOJO'S BUSINESS HOURS?

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 5:30pm Saturday 10:00am - 3:30pm. If you reach out to us after hours, we will respond within the next day during business hours. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to update your shipping address or any other information on your order, please contact us via contact form with your order number and what needs to be changed. We are unable to make these changes over the phone, as we need written documentation.

CAN I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER? HOW AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number and access any available information if your order has already been shipped.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM AN KATMOJO REPRESENTATIVE?

We work hard to get back to all our customers within 24-48 hours of business hours. If you do not hear back from us within that timeline, please don’t hesitate to reach out again, as we are eager to help you.  

DOES KATMOJO OFFER FINANCING?

We currently offer Klarna as a financing option. Simply choose Klarna at check out, as they are a third party. Unfortunately, Klarna is not an option for international customers or customers residing in Hawaii or New Mexico at this time. Please continue through the checkout process to see Klarna as an option.

PRODUCTION

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A MADE TO ORDER ITEM?

Most products take approximately 3-4 weeks to create and ship. Contact us via our contact form with any other questions regarding processing time. 

ARE KATMOJO'S PRODUCTS MADE OF QUALITY MATERIAL?

Absolutely! Our products are made of only the finest quality materials. The quality of stones and metals naturally differ (i.e. diamonds differ depending on clarity, cut and color: gold color can vary depending on karat), but we pride ourselves in ensuring each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each ring is unique, we make sure to specify the materials in the details section of each listing. 

ARE KATMOJO'S PRODUCTS ETHICALLY SOURCED?

Yes, all materials used for production of your jewelry are ethically sourced from the highest trusted vendors around the world. 

HOW ARE KATMOJO'S PRODUCTS MADE?

At KatMojo Jewelry, our design team works hard to brainstorm and design new styles and trends that we want to bring to life. Our talented and experienced goldsmiths bring these designs to reality. We also work with trusted vendors to source the highest quality of materials to make your dream jewelry a reality.

HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Depending on the product, we may be able to expedite the process. Please contact us using the contact form with the details of what you are looking to purchase along with the date you are hoping to receive the order by. We will do our best to help you meet your timeline, but we ask that you please keep in mind that all rings are made to order. 

SHIPPING

HOW DOES KATMOJO SHIP MY JEWELRY?

We ship all our rings through UPS two-day shipping, USPS, or DHL. You’ll receive an email with the tracking number once shipped. If you’d like to upgrade to overnight shipping, please contact us using the contact form.

DOES IT SAY KATMOJO JEWELRY ON THE SHIPPING LABEL?

No, the packaging label will say from “KMJ”. If you’d like to add discreet shipping or ask that your package be held at a pick up location, please email our team with your order number. We are more than happy to help you surprise your loved ones! 

WHAT DO I SHIP MY JEWELRY BACK IN?

We recommend shipping your jewelry in a box that is securely package in a padded envelope and a box. Do not include the word “jewelry” on the shipping label for safety purposes. We recommend shipping your ring with insurance and signature required. Please do not send products in just an envelope or pad. 

IS SHIPPING COVERED WHEN SENDING THE RING BACK FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REPAIR?

For returns or exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to KatMojo Jewelry.

For repairs, within the first 60 days from delivery the customer is responsible for shipping cost.

After the first 60 days and if you have purchased a KMJ Care Plan, shipping will be covered. We are happy to help customers purchase a discounted insured label through us. Please contact us here for more details.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES?

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, customs & duties for their orders. These costs vary based on your location and local governments. To see rough pricing, please continue through the checkout process. 

REPAIRS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I GET MY JEWELRY REPAIRED?

We are so sorry to hear that your jewelry needs to be repaired. Please contact us with your order number an explanation of the issue. Our dedicated repairs team will be able to provide you with solutions and assistance. We will provide you with the information needed to ship your ring in for repair. 

HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE?

The repairs process typically takes 7-10 business days from when it arrives in our office. We work hard to get your order back to you as soon as possible. We ship all repairs back with UPS Two-day shipping within the US. 

DOES KATMOJO JEWELRY ALLOW RETURNS?

Yes, refunds and exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your jewelry. Restocking fee will be applied. However, this does EXCLUDE discounted items, custom pieces, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt. Please CONTACT US before you return any items to start the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the piece to KatMojo Jewelry.  

WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?

KatMojo offers one complimentary* resizing for vintage rings only. Please contact us right after your purchase so we can resize it before it's shipped.

CUSTOM

AM I ABLE TO DESIGN A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes! We love helping customers create the jewelry of their dreams. We can customize any design found on our site or create a completely customized ring for you. We have a dedicated custom design team here to support you. Please see the Start Your Custom Design page to fill out our custom design request form and we will help make your dream a reality.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIMELINE FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Each custom is uniquely different, making the design timeline vary. The design process timeline ranges from 2-6 weeks, as it based on the details of your custom design. Once your piece is designed and ready for production, production takes about 3-5 weeks. Please plan on a rough estimate of 6-10 weeks for custom designs. 

HOW MUCH MORE IS A CUSTOM PIECE?

Pricing for custom pieces varies on the design. There are a lot of factors that go into a design such as stone size and type, if there are accent stones, and the amount of gold.

WARRANTY

WHAT WARRANTIES DOES KATMOJO OFFER?

We offer our 60-day limited warranty on all our products. The 60 days start from the day your order is received and covers the following: most repairs, professional cleaning and inspections. If you want further protection after the 60 days we recommend purchasing a KMJ Care Plan as we offer 3 year increments or lifetime. Please see our Care Plan and Insurance page for more information. 

DOES KATMOJO OFFER INSURANCE ON THEIR JEWELRY?

KatMojo does not offer any in-house insurance policies, but we do have a trusted third party we recommend. Jewelers Mutual is a great option as they are priced fairly and cover a large majority of issues (i.e. accident loss, theft or loss of center stone).
